All approved vendors will need to complete and submit a signed Rental Agreement For East Side Market. In addition Vendors must submit a copy of your town of Pagosa Springs Business Permit and a copy of your Colorado sales tax Permit. Vendors requiring electricity must also complete an Electric Agreement.

East Side Market offers amenities for our vendors including electric, water, sewer, dumpster service, WiFi, cable and phone. We have a very nice restroom facility, and a picnic area with shade and tables for your customers. We advertise regularly for all of our Markets and events. Please consider joining us!
